Z- Panel
The load-bearing, typhoon- and quake-resistant Z-Panels have a minimum strength of 5,000psi and can be easily assembled, installed, removed and transferred.
History
In August of 1993, Albert Lim, the president of what was then called A.Y.Lim Construction, took the challenge of using the Z- Panel building system for a 5-storey structure located in downtown Cebu City on a narrow lot with existing structures on all three sides. The precast erection took place on a busy narrow street where major power-lines are located. In addition, the structure itself is complex in design. Despite this, the building was completed in only 21 working days.
